Unless specifically noted on the product page (such as "Customized"), your order will be processed and shipped with in 48 hours (Monday through Friday) as long as it is received before 12:30 PM EST. If for any unforeseen reason an item becomes temporarily unavailable for immediate shipping, you will be notified via phone and/or e-mail. Also, if we are unable to verify your billing and/or shipping information and/or additional processing is required, there may be a delay in shipping your order.

Standard Shipping: - Free Shipping
Standard Shipping service is available for orders placed before Noon EST Monday-Friday for in-stock items only. In-Stock items that are shipped via Economy service typically arrive no later than (7-12) business days after leaving our warehouse. By choosing Standard Shipping your package(s) will be sent via UPS, UPS SurePost or USPS depending upon shipment weight and destination, which is determined at the time of order packaging in our warehouse.
Express Shipping: - $18.99
Express Shipping service is available for orders placed before Noon EST Monday-Friday for in-stock items only. In-Stock items that are shipped via Express service are guaranteed to arrive in (3-8) business day after leaving our warehouse. By choosing Express your package(s) will be sent via DHL, UPS or USPS depending upon shipment weight and destination, which is determined at the time of order packaging in our warehouse. Deliveries for Express service are made Mondays through Fridays only.
If you receive your tracking number from us and the package is being shipped on the same day, the tracking number may not be activated until the end of the day when the package is picked up and has been received by the local USPS distribution center.
